Spiral Sliced Party Hams
Our fully cooked, pre-sliced Party Ham makes hosting large gatherings effortless. Cured using Vermont Maple Syrup, then slowly smoked in our own Vermont Smokehouse for a one-of-a-kind tender, juicy taste. Like every Harrington's Ham, there's no water added, just pure Corn Cob Smoked flavor, finished with our distinctive maple sugar glaze. Serving Sizes: Our 5 1/2 to 6 lb Spiral Sliced Party Ham will serve 6 to 10 for a dinner, and up to 18 at a Party. Our 6 1/2 to 7 1/2 lb. Spiral Sliced Party Ham will serve 8-12 at dinner, or up to 24 at a party. The 7 1/2 to 8 1/2 will serve 12 to 16. The whole ham will serve 16 - 24.

Our hams are from prime grain-fed pigs selected to provide the best tasting and the most tender meat. First we trim them to the lean, and then we cure them with our secret-recipe formula. After curing they are slow-smoked for 10 to 14 hours over fragrant embers of corn cobs and maple wood. Unlike mass produced hams, our hams are not 'water-added' and are naturally succulent, with a soft sweet-smoky flavor that comes through in every bite. Your Spiral Sliced Ham should be refrigerated on arrival in its original wrapping. For the very best flavor please take it out of the refrigerator at least an hour before serving to allow it to reach room temperature. It is fully-cooked and requires no further baking.
