Our hams are from prime grain-fed pigs selected to provide the best tasting and the most tender meat. First we trim them to the lean, and then we cure them with our secret-recipe formula. After curing they are slow-smoked for 10 to 14 hours over fragrant embers of corn cobs and maple wood. Unlike mass produced hams, our hams are not 'water-added' and are naturally succulent, with a soft sweet-smoky flavor that comes through in every bite.
