One of our best-selling appetizers, these irresistible bites pair rich, creamy Brie with bright, sweet-tart raspberries, all tucked inside layers of golden, flaky puff pastry. Warm them just before guests arrive for a delicious contrast of crisp pastry, molten cheese, and luscious raspberry. 15 pieces.
Preparation
From frozen, bake the Brie and Raspberry en Croûte in a preheated conventional oven at 400°F for 20-22 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by the use of a thermometer.
