Our British Cheese Collection includes aged Cheddar (the best we've ever tasted), Red Leicester, Double Gloucester, and Wensleydale with cranberries (a fantastic dessert cheese). It arrives in a green presentation box, and with a few simple additions, like crackers, fruit, or a touch of fig jam, you have a lovely, delicious cheeseboard for an elegant appetizer or dessert cheese assortment.

Aged Cheddar (7 oz.): a slightly crumbly texture with a rich, complex, sharp flavor. Without a doubt, it's truly the best Cheddar cheese we've ever tried

Red Leicester (7 oz.): a sharp, crumbly cheese with a deep red hue and deep flavors. It has a slightly sweet flavor with hints of caramel and a slight citrus tang

Double Gloucester (7 oz.): a flaky texture and a rich, buttery flavored cheese with hints of nuts, citrus, and onion.

Wensleydale with Cranberries (7 oz.): a creamy cheese, slightly sweet and a bit tart, with notes of nuts, buttermilk and honey. The cranberries add a lovely sweet/tart combination of their own
