Chevre, rolled in a special herb mixture, has a rich, spreadable texture and tastes terrific on crackers or French bread or in omelets. Golden Aged Smoked Gouda, made with raw Jersey cow milk, is smoked wih a combination of maple, birch, beech, cherry and oak then cave aged 9-13 months. Includes one wheel of Camembert (7 oz.), one wheel of Brie (7 oz.), one package of Chevre (4 oz.) and a wedge of Smoked Gouda (approx. 8 oz.).
