Smooth, mild Camembrie made entirely by hand using Ashire cow milk, pairs beautifully with the melt-in-your mouth creamy Brie. The Chevre, rolled in a special herb mixture, has a rich, spreadable texture. Finally, the Golden Aged Smoked Gouda, made with raw Jersey cow milk, is smoked wih a combination of maple, birch, beech, cherry and oak then cave aged 9-13 months. Includes one wheel of Camembrie (7 oz.), one wheel of Brie (7 oz.), one package of Chevre (4 oz.) and a wedge of Smoked Gouda (approx. 8 oz.).
