Fancy Fruit Cake
We’ve tasted a lot of fruitcakes over the years, but this one was love at first bite. Ripe cherries, succulent pineapple, and plump raisins mingle with almonds, pecans, and English walnuts, all enriched with just the right touch of bourbon, rum, and brandy. Moist, rich, and wonderfully festive, it may just win over even the fruitcake skeptics. Each 1 lb. loaf serves 6-8.
Preparation
Thaw and serve. This product can be stored frozen, refrigerated, or at room temperature.
To get the cleanest slice and avoid crumbing please refrigerate your cake for 24 hours before slicing. For best results use a non-serrated (straight-edge) knife.
