Each Italian Herb Chicken is 3-3.5 lbs., serves up to 6.
Preparation
Do not microwave.
Thaw overnight under refrigeration in packaging. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Remove and discard the labeled outer resealable bag. Do not open or puncture the inner sealed bag before cooking. Place the chicken in bag on a roasting pan or casserole dish, on the center oven rack. Cook for 75 minutes or until internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes before serving. Cut open bag, and place chicken and cooking broth on serving dish. Contents will be hot.
