Lobster Mac & Cheese Bites
Tender claw and knuckle lobster meat and durum wheat pasta are folded into a rich, velvety cream cheese and Monterey Jack cheese sauce, then formed into golden, bite-sized morsels. 16 pieces, serves 6-8.
Preparation
Keep frozen until ready to use.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake from frozen for 8 to 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by a thermometer. Oven time may vary. Do not microwave.
