Macaroni & Cheese Casserole
Our mac and cheese is a rich harmony of cream, perfectly al dente penne pasta, and aged Cheddar, chosen for its distinctive sharpness and deep, full-bodied flavor. Simply slip into the oven and bake until golden brown and bubbling for classic comfort food at its most indulgent. Two 20 oz. casseroles, each serves 2-4.
Preparation
Microwave: Cook from frozen.
Cut a 1" slit in the film. Microwave on high for 12 minutes, stirring halfway through, or until the product reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove the film and place the tray on a baking sheet. If frozen, cook for 60-75 minutes (or 40-50 minutes if thawed) until fully heated throughout and slightly browned on top. The internal temperature should reach 165°F. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Note: Do not overcook. Stove tops and cookware vary. Heating time is approximate.
