Each Roasted Chicken Complete Dinner includes:
1 - Italian Herb Chicken Roaster (3-3.5 lbs.): a whole chicken, covered in a savory Parmesan garlic rub with herbs highlighted with basil, oregano, and thyme
1 - Creme Fraiche Mashed Potatoes (32 oz.): whipped potatoes, perfectly seasoned, kicked up a notch with decadent creme fraiche
1 - Broccoli Parmesan Gratin (24 oz.): tender broccoli with sharp Parmesan cheese in a luscious bechamel sauce
1 - Chocolate Swirl Cake: a moist, tender cake that is rich, chocolatey, and filled with a sweet cream icing

Preparation
Italian Herb Chicken Roaster:
Do not microwave.
Thaw overnight under refrigeration in packaging. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Remove and discard the labeled outer resealable bag. Do not open or puncture the inner sealed bag before cooking. Place the chicken in bag on a roasting pan or casserole dish, on the center oven rack. Cook for 75 minutes or until internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes before serving. Cut open bag, and place chicken and cooking broth on serving dish. Contents will be hot.
Creme Fraiche Mashed Potatoes:
Keep frozen until ready to use.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove lid and film. Place frozen mashed potatoes on a baking sheet and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes from frozen or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F and heated throughout. Remove from oven and remove foil. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Broccoli Parmesan Gratin:
From Frozen: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove wrapper. Place tray in oven and heat for 45-50 minutes (internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F).
From Thawed: Thaw overnight in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove wrapper. Place tray in oven and heat for 30-35 minutes.
Do not heat tray at temperatures over 350 degrees F. Must be heated before consumption. Do not use convection or toaster oven. Microwave is not recommended.
Chocolate Swirl Cake:
Refrigerate or freeze until ready to eat. Thaw 30 minutes before serving. Refrigerate or freeze any leftover cake roll.
