Our Sausage Gravy Bites feature rich pork sausage enveloped in a savory country gravy, all coated in a crispy crust. It's a finger food version of biscuits and gravy, ready to be baked into a delicious treat perfect for appetizers, brunch, or a satisfying snack.

Each order of Sausage Gravy Bites is 16 oz., about 20-25 bites, and serves 6-8.
Preparation
Cook from frozen.
Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees F. Fry for 5-7 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached. Let stand for 2 minutes.
Caution: hot center.
Deep Fryer: Preheat fryer to 350 degrees F. Fry for 2 1/5 - 3 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached. Let stand for 2 minutes. Time and temperatures may vary.

Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place bites on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached. Let stand for 2 minutes.Caution hot center.
