Sausage Tortelloni in Blush Sauce

Each Sausage Tortelloni casserole is 28 oz., serves 2-4.
Preparation
Remove plastic wrap from tray. Place tray on baking sheet and cover tray with aluminum foil. For frozen tortelloni, bake at 375 degrees F for 60-70 minutes. If thawed, refrigerate overnight, then bake for 30-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
