A popular Harrington's specialty. Marvelous as a canape, in your favorite dip, added to morning eggs or served in a traditional cream sauce. Our delicious Air Dried Beef is sliced thin, so a little goes a very long way. For a quick and easy appetizer, wrap a slice of our Air Dried Beef around a wedge of cream cheese, slice into small pieces and serve with a toothpick (as shown). Packed in 4 oz. packages.
