Spinach Gruyere Crepe Gateau
This savory crepe cake is a work of genius. Each savory crepe cake is 6" in diameter and serves 6-8 as an entree or appetizer, or 8-10 as a side dish.
Preparation
Thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
Remove from cardboard tray and place on a parchment paper-lined baking pan. Cover Gateau with foil. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-50 minutes or until warmed through. Remove foil and bake another 2-4 minutes. Must be heated to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
