Chicken Wellington
Flaky puff pastry is filled with tender chicken breast topped with a Greek-inspired topping featuring Feta cheese, lemon zest, shallots, and garlic. It’s savory and elegant, and an oven-ready dish. Four 7 oz. servings.
Preparation
Keep frozen until ready to use.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove wellingtons from all packaging and place on a parchment lined baking sheet on middle oven rack. Bake from frozen for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and pastry is golden brown. Remove from oven. Let stand for 1 minute and serve.
