Preparation
Keep frozen until ready to use.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove wellingtons from all packaging and place on a parchment lined baking sheet on middle oven rack. Bake from frozen for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F and pastry is golden brown. Remove from oven. Let stand for 1 minute and serve.
